My application for naturalization was denied as USCIS wanted proof that a traffic citation I had over 8 years back was paid. Dawn was thorough in her consultation and guidance and helped in applying for hearing. After applying for the hearing with all possible documentation, which Dawn guided well, USCIS realized that there was no point in calling for the hearing and directly sent notice for oath ceremony. Dawn was always available over email and phone and also confirmed her attendance in case there was a hearing which some of the other lawyers were not ready to confirm ice made all the difference.

Got my class C felony diverted after 1 year of probation because of Venus. Amazing lawyer.Also, she genuinely cares about her clients on a personal level. She calls to check on you. And she has the best understanding of the laws that serve to protect our rights out of any lawyer that my family had come across when we searched for one, and we spoke with ALOT of lawyers. PLEASE head my advice when I say that just because a lawyer has commercials and billboards next to the interstate, that does not mean they are a competent lawyer, especially whwn compared to an outstanding lawyer like Venus Niner. She is the most educated, experienced, yet understanding advocate a person can have for themself when they walk into a courtroom. If you need an attorney, Venus Niner is your woman. And if you are worried about price, at least call and set up an appointment to speak with her. You will never know unless you talk to her. Sometimes, it is the rest of your life at stake when you have to go into court. Go face it unprotected. Let Venus protect you.

After  searching for months for an immigration attorney it was Dawn's website  that caught my eye: 8 years experience in immigration law; her chosen  field right out of law school.   Meeting her for the first time sealed the deal: professional, ethical,  amiable; all in one. My case was not an easy one but she started work on  it right away, picked up a phone and was talking to the office of the  Tennessee attorney general. This would be the first steps of many over  the course of a year and a half that would lead to my becoming a  permanent resident of the United States; a dream I'd almost given hope  for.  On the day of the USCIS interview in Memphis for me and my husband, Dawn  drove 10 hours to be there with us and for us at 7 in the morning. I  felt bad that she had to do that. She told me that it not only was her  job but that you liked it.   How could you not trust an attorney who likes her job and is also a nice  human being.  Thank you Dawn, you changed our lives for the better. Dawn  helped my husband come here it was a very long process and we went  through alot of obstacles to get him here. She tried everything in her  power to overcome everything that was being thrown at us and finally we  won.
